On October 23, 2025, CIRS Japan successfully hosted its First Anniversary Celebration & Global Chemical Regulation Seminar in Tokyo. This event, available both in person and virtually, gathered together experts from the Japan Environmental Management Association for Industry (JEMAI) and the Japan Chemical Exporters & Importers Association (JCEIA), and other authoritative institutions, as well as representatives from major international chemical companies, including Mitsubishi Chemical and Kao Corporation. The event was packed with insightful discussions and networking opportunities, showcasing CIRS Japan's local expertise and the global support from CIRS Group.

CIRS Group's senior leadership attended the event, including Mr. Wen Zhen, Chair of CIRS Group, Ms. Lucy Li, General Manager of CIRS Group, and Mr. Walt Lin, Deputy General Manager of CIRS Group, joined by other senior managers from the Group.
Lucy opened the event by emphasizing CIRS Japan’s pivotal role in CIRS Group’s overseas strategic layout, noting how it significantly enhances the Group's Asia-Pacific service network. She highlighted that over the past year, CIRS Japan has constructed a sound service system, enabling it to provide global product compliance solutions for Japanese enterprises. Looking ahead, she confirmed that CIRS Group will continue to allocate strategic resources—including technological expertise, talent development, data resources, and capital—to bolster its support for the Japanese market and drive its continued development.

The afternoon session featured the Global Chemical Regulation Seminar.
