澳大利亞新增八種物質到AIIC - 其他國家化學品法規 - 工業化學品

2022年11月16日，澳大利亞政府根據《2019工業化學法》在工業化學品清單中添加了八種物質，同時撤銷了另一種化合物的商業機密(CBI)批準。

這八種物質是：

背景

《澳大利亞工業化學品名錄》（AIIC）收錄了從1977年1月1日到1990年2月28日期間在澳大利亞境內使用過的物質以及1990年之后評估過的化學物質。截止至2022年2月，AIIC共收錄約40000種化學物質。保密名錄部分需要向主管機構提交查詢。

未列入AIIC的化學物質為新化學物質，生產或者進口前應按照類別的指南要求，對新化學物質進行類別歸屬。
已列入AIIC但規定實施新用途環境管理的化學物質，用于允許用途以外的其他工業用途的，應辦理新用途環境管理登記。

《澳大利亞化學物質名錄》（AICS）規定，除了新物質需要進行類別管理外，澳大利亞境內的企業如涉及工業化學品生產或進口的，還需要向官方提交企業登記。登記周期為每年9月1日至次年8月31日。
