    Free Webinar: Case Analysis and Practical Experience under K-REACH Joint Registration for PECs

    Introduction

    On Jul 1st 2015, Ministry of Environment (MoE) of South Korea published the first priority existing chemicals (PECs) list under K-REACH. There are 510 substances listed and all required to complete joint registration before Jun 30th 2018.

    Until November 30th 2016, 277 substances that the lead registrants are selected were published. For 233 substances of existing chemical substances that lead registrants have not yet been selected, it is necessary to prepare joint registration by selecting the lead registrants as soon as possible. It is approximately one year and six months (June 30, 2018) left until the deadline for the joint registration under K-REACH.

    In this webinar, expert from CIRS will provide information including K-REACH background, procedure of Joint registration, obligations of different roles in joint registration, practical case analysis, etc.

    Mr. Bryan Zhou, Senior Consultant of Chemical Legislation Compliance Department from CIRS

    Mr. Zhou earned his Master degree in Chemistry from University of Cincinnati. He is a senior regulatory consultant and researching chemical regulatory compliance in AP countries.
