    Free Webinar: The Development of Food for Special Medical Purposes (FSMP) in China

    Introduction

    Up to 22 October 2018, 18 FSMP products have been approved by Chinese government. Among them, 15 are infant formula for special medical purposes, 2 are nutritionally incomplete foods and 1 is nutritionally complete food. Until now, there is no more than 3 months left before the end of transitional period for FSMP registration. In order to better understand FSMP itself and its development process in China, and to facilitate registration, this webinar will focus on more clear and accurate interpretation of the definition of FSMP, as well as the history and the future of FSMP market and relevant policies in China.

After joining CIRS, she focuses on food regulatory compliance field, and is professional in food technical and regulatory support for oversea enterprises.

    Mr. Shawn Li, Food Regulatory Specialist, CIRS Group

    Mr. Shawn Li graduated from the University of New South Wales (UNSW) in Australia with a master's degree in food process engineering. He is familiar with Chinese food regulations. After joining CIRS, he has focused on FSMP and health food regulations/laws and market, and is professional in providing regulatory compliance support for overseas enterprises.
