    China CFSA Seeks Public Comments on 13 New Food Additives, Including L-Se-methyl selenocysteine

    On 19 August 2022, China National Center for Food Safety Risk Assessment (CFSA) issued 13 new food additives passing the technical review by the CFSA Expert Review Committee for public comments. These 13 substances include 11 new food nutrition enhancers and 2 food additives with expanded use. Deadline for public comments: September 16, 2022. Detailed information is as follows:
