    REGULATION (EC) No 1907/2006 (EU REACH)

    REGULATION (EC) No 1907/2006 (EU REACH) is the Registration, Evaluation, Authorisation, Registration, Evaluation, Authorisation and Restriction of Chemicals (REACH), which is the European Regulation on chemicals and their safe use.  The REACH regulation came into force on 1 Jun 2007, establishing a uniform system for the control of chemicals manufactured or imported to the EU.
