Free Webinar: An Introduction to the UK REACH Article 26 Inquiry and the Latest Updates

Over the past year GB based companies who previously held EU REACH registrations had the opportunity to grandfather their substances into the new UK REACH system. Similarly, GB based companies who benefited from the EU RECAH registration of their suppliers also had the opportunity to submit a DUIN to comply UK REACH. This was the first stage in the registration process for many companies and now as the tonnage band specific Grace periods get underway it is time to consider your next move. If you are planning to complete the full registration process for your substance you must submit an Inquiry dossier to the HSE. The submission of an Inquiry dossier is also a requirement under EU REACH and as such the process in both systems is almost identical. Preparation of this dossier is completed in IUCLID 6, this free event will provide an insight to the requirements to for the Inquiry dossier while also discussing the latest developments from the HSE regarding UK REACH.
