    Background

China New Chemical Substances Registration Analysis, Experience Sharing and Case Study

What progress has been made since the new chemical substance environmental management measure, also known as the MEP Article 7, came into force? The new chemical substance notification has strict data requirements. How should the enterprises make full use of the existing data and be exempted from carrying out unnecessary animal experiments? How to apply the non-animal experiment method? Is it possible to design tier by tier experimental plans to reduce the cost? What is the best way to optimize the registration cycle? What should be done to register substances with high tonnage band? How to include the new chemical substance into the IECSC? Our registration experts will share the experience and take you on the registration journey step by step.

Interpretation of Data Requirements Adjustment under MEP Order 7

MEP released public notice on 31 August 2017 in terms of adjustment for data requirement under Guidance Document for New Substance Notification in China under MEP Order 7 and the adjustment mainly refers to minimum data requirement as specified in part 4 of the guidance document. Besides it specifies clear waiving conditions for each data endpoint. The adjustment will be effective on 15 October 2017. What are the specific adjustment of data requirements and how it will affect the companies? CIRS will bring the interpretation during 45 mins webinar.

Analysis and Experience Sharing of Hazardous Chemicals Management in China

As various scales of dangerous chemical accidents are occurring in China, the management of dangerous chemicals is becoming stricter. This webinar mainly introduces the general framework of hazardous chemicals management in China, the analysis of the order 591, hazardous chemicals identification and registration process, the application of hazardous chemicals permits, inspections of import and export of hazardous chemicals, requirements and progress of GHS in China, identification and differentiation of dangerous chemical substances and dangerous goods, as well as case studies and the corresponding suggestions.

Korea New Chemical Substances Registration Analysis and Experience Sharing

Korea's chemical market is now one of the world's main export markets, and supervision of chemical imports and production is also stringent. This webinar will introduce the framework of chemical management in Korea, the responsibility and obligation of the enterprise under K-REACH, the requirements for the notification of new chemical substances, the notification of special substance categories and the exemption requirements, the requirements of new substance notifications in OSHA, the notification of dangerous substances in products, case study and relevant experience sharing.

Transportation Management of Precursor, Explosive, Toxic Chemicals and Dangerous Goods in China

China's chemical regulation relies mainly on chemical inventories. For China's existing material, the main focus of the official supervision is the precursor, explosive chemicals, toxic chemicals and dangerous goods. The webinar will systematically explain the basic definitions, compliance requirements, registration procedures and regulatory requirements for toxic chemicals, precursors, explosive chemicals, highly toxic chemicals and dangerous goods, respectively.

The Analysis of the Existing Chemical Substance Registration in Korea (PECS) and Experience Sharing

As a major chemical trader in the Asia-Pacific region, Korea has systematic regulatory requirements for the management of existing chemical substances. The webinar will introduce the registration requirements, liability obligations and registration progress of the existing chemical substance. At the same time, we will give valuable advice on PECs joint registrations and lead registrations. Case study will also be included. In addition, the latest progress in K-REACH and biocides regulations will be introduced briefly. Lots of valuable advices not to be missed!

    Taiwan TCSCA Analysis

How has the implementation progressed since Taiwan TCSCA and Taiwan OSHA came into effect? What is the current progress of the first batch of existing chemical substances that require standard registrations? What are the requirements for data and test reports for new chemical substance registrations? What is the Taiwan EPA inspection procedure of new chemical substance registrations? What else needs to be taken into considerations after the new chemical substance registration? We will share our experience and you will be able to find the answers to each of these questions.
